Refound Policy

The return policy only lasts for 30 days, so a 30 day guarantee is put on the watches. After these 30 days you can no longer be refunded or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We can only replace an item with the same item.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the tracking of the return package. If you want to make an exchange for a different item, you must return the item to us and place a new order.
